Radhoc Youth Leadership

last ratified: Winter 2022

We are a non-profit student-run organization based out of Memorial University in St. John's, NL. We are focused on developing leadership, global awareness, and a commitment to positive social change in Canadian youth.

Radhoc began as a collaboration between student global issues and social justice groups at Memorial University in 2007. We are inspired by the capacity youth have to make a difference in the world, and our work enables them to learn how.

We offer youth leadership development programs primarily consisting of conferences for high school and university students. Through our conferences, Radhoc aims to educate students about global social issues in the hope that they will be able to return to their own schools and communities with the motivation and skills necessary to make their own change in the world.

We will empower students to take a stand. It will give them the skills they need to thrive as a leader. It will help make connections that will last a lifetime. We hold conferences and workshops for undergraduates to attend and help become a better leader, more socially aware, and educated on nontraditional outcomes.
